How to join

  1. The Unifato Customer Card aims to provide its holder with the possibility to accumulate the value of purchases you make in one of the multi-brand shops, Ponto Negro, Upstyle, Upstyle Outlet and Unifato-The Fashion Outlet, of the Unifato Group;
  2. The Customer Card is personal and non-transferable;
  3. The Customer who wishes to request the Unifato Customer Card must first fill in the respective form and, therefore, provide their personal information, in one of the multi-brand shops belonging to the Unifato Group;
  4. By accepting these general conditions, the customer gives unquestionable consent for the treatment of their personal data, which appears on this form, for Customer management, under the terms of article no. 6 of Law 67/98 of 26th October, and the Unifato Group guarantees the protection of the personal data of all of the program’s beneficiaries as its database is registered on the National Commission for Personal Databases;

The Customer has the right to access the information provided and may request its alteration, correction or elimination, in accordance with the provisions in Law no. 67/98 of the 26th of October, regarding the Protection of Personal Data, by post to the Unifato Group at the following address: Estrada da Batalha no. 21 / 2440-208 Reguengo do Fétal, or by e-mail to apoio.cliente@unifato.pt;
  6. The Unifato Customer Card is granted to its holder for an unlimited time notwithstanding that the Unifato Group has the right to proceed to its cancellation or, at any time, alteration or replacement of the program’s general conditions, which are available to be consulted at the shops belonging to the Unifato Group or at www.unifato.pt.
  7. In order to benefit from the promotions and advantages attributed exclusively to the Customer Card holders, the Customer Card must be presented at the time of purchase;
  8. When the Customer Card holders reached € 300 in purchases , the cardholder enjoys a discount voucher of € 10 which can be discounted on purchases equal to or higher than the purchase;
  9. The voucher will be available from the day following its issue and is valid for a period of 90 days;
  10. The voucher can never be converted into money;
  11. The Unifato Customer Card belongs to the Unifato Group, which reserves the exclusivity of the right to cancel it, namely if there are signs of fraud or improper use;
  12. In case of loss of the Customer Card, its holder must notify Unifato of this situation, who will not, however, take responsibility for any misuse of the card;
  13. In case of loss of the Customer Card, the Unifato Group will proceed to its replacement without this implying any costs to the Customer. The amount accumulated by the Customer on the previous card will be transferred to the new card;
  14. The use of the Customer Card means that the Customer acknowledges and freely and totally accepts the conditions set forth in these General Conditions;
  15. The Unifato Customer Card is not valid for use in the single-brand shops of the Unifato Group.
